I visited Norfolk Island in April 2017, an up spoilt and well kept secret in the South Pacific Ocean this one has been on my bucket list for a very long time. After hiking down a step hillside off the iconic New Farm Road we discovered these tiny Norfolk Pines coexisting with this amazing, and slightly larger Moreton Bay Fig Tree in the Hundred Acres Reserve. It was a completely surreal and spooky experience to be surrounded by nature and thousands of squawking birds. Norfolk Island is a true gem, I hope it stays that way for generations to come.
